Frequently Asked Questions

Will my pet be crated with other animals?

Unless your pet is traveling with a littermate or another pet from your home, he/she will always be kept separate from any other animals. This includes while in transit as well as during stops.

How/when do I pay?

We require a 20% deposit, with the balance due any time prior to the completion of  delivery. You should receive an invoice via email the first Tuesday or Thursday after booking.

Who will be my driver?

We are blessed with a team of the finest Transport Representatives in the business. They do so much more than simply drive your pet, as they provide care to your animal and professional communication throughout the trip. We will assign your Representative  the week of transport, so as to assure the most effective service possible.  Once a Transport Representative is assigned to your pet, he/she will contact the Pickup end to establish an eta. Once pickup is made, updates will be sent to the delivery end throughout the trip.

What do I need to send with my pet?

Please send enough food for the trip and a health certificate dated within 10 days on trip.

Do you offer NPOG (No paws on ground)?

Yes, we honor your wishes for your pet, and are more than happy to exercise him/her roughly every four hours in non-frequented areas, or simply clean their crate without any exposure to the ground.

Can you transport extra stuff with the pet?

We do allow a small bag/comfort items for the pets. Anything else would need to be approved by management and, if approved, may include an added fee.

What is the transport process from beginning to end?

Our transport representative will contact the pickup with an estimated time of arrival. Upon arrival, it is important to have enough food for the trip ready, along with a current health certificate from a licensed veterinarian. When pickup is completed, your driver will send confirmation of pickup to the person on the delivery end of the transport, then picture updates throughout the trip. They will stop roughly every 4 hours for general animal care. Please make complete payment prior to the completion of the delivery.

Who do I contact with questions/concerns?

If questions during transport arise, you can call/text your transport representative (driver). If it is an emergency, please contact the owner, Shaun Bailey. (479)-518-0748.

What is the ETA for pickup/delivery?

For pickup, our executive assistant will call and inform you a rough estimate. For delivery, our travel rep will let you know an estimated time of arrival throughout the transport.

Do I need to provide a crate?

No, we provide the crate and everything needed for transport, with the exceptions of food for the trip and a health certificate.

Do I need to provide litter and a litter box for my cat?

Yes, we ask if you provide anything extra needed.

Will I receive picture updates throughout the trip?

Yes, our travel representatives send picture updates roughly every 4 hours throughout the trip.
